We believe there are four pillars to wellbeing and by focussing on each of them and creating daily rituals to help you prioritise them amongst your busy life, you will be able to incorporate wellness into your lifestyle for good. January is a great time for reflection and setting new intentions so we created this package with that in mind. Our Ultimate Re-Set Plan is less about taking away and depriving yourself and more about freeing up your time to focus on self-care and giving back to yourself through the four pillars detailed below.

THE FOUR PILLARS

MIND - In our frenetic modern world we are overloaded with information, there is more pressure than ever to ‘have it all’ and our stress and anxiety levels are at an all-time high. By taking the time to be mindful of everything you do and creating daily rituals that help you to acknowledge all the positive things in your life you will become more positive and productive in your everyday tasks.

MOVEMENT – As a nation we are living an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. By raising your heartbeat for just 60 minutes per day you can reduce the negative impact of sitting at your desk all day, and that doesn’t mean a full work out at the gym. It can simply be a yoga class, a brisk walk around your local park, anything to get you moving more, stretching and stimulating your muscles.

SLEEP – There is more and more evidence emerging about the negative impact that not getting enough sleep can have on our physical and mental wellbeing. With more exposure to screens and increased levels of anxiety we seem to be finding it more difficult to get those treasured 8 hours. And so it is even more important to have a good bed time routine, as well as reducing screen activity in the evening and ensuring your body is well nourished throughout the day.

NUTRITION – We believe that the joy of eating is as important as the nourishment it provides and that the key to good nutrition is to eat food in it’s most natural form. That is why we cook all of our food from scratch in our London kitchen, using whole ingredients, nothing added, nothing taken away. We want to share our knowledge of food and how it can have a transformative impact on the way you look and feel. As well, the time you’ll save from planning, shopping and cooking can be focused on taking time to reflect, walk and catch up on those zzzzzzs.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
