What was your favourite thing about the detox?

Never having to think about never having to think about what I was going to have to make myself to eat. It was an easy process, the food was delicious and knowing that the food I was putting in myself was serving a purpose and doing me good.

How did you feel after the detox?

I felt great and feeling full of energy!

Do you have any healthy and beauty tips?

Yes, get the detox kitchen through your door every day. Only eat organic, which I live by, drink lots of water and only cook with coconut oil.
